Act now!  They are having a Buy 2 Get 2 Free sale (with coupon or coupon code).  The code is Q3B2G2 and the coupon is on the facebook page so if you have a FB page like their page and on the left side you should see the coupon link.  I just use my iphone in the store and they scan it or type the code in.

I didn’t do a Friday Five yesterday, please forgive me.  I was out shopping =).  I did get a couple of cute things like molds for making my own melties.  I have never made a candle or anything but I thought I would give a go just for fun!  We shall see if anything is actually usable.  I grabbed some Love Spell type oil too.  I didn’t know one of my local crafts stores carried it.  Anyway, I also have a couple of reviews for my recent Yankee and Slatkin purchases that will be published before the weekend is over!  Here are the items

I hope you have a splendid weekend!

  1. I am having a problem being able to smell my Yankee's 22 oz candles. Do you ever have this problem? Today I bought 2 Tumblers to see if they will work better. I have to use the large candles in my bathroom to get a good scent throw. It's a shame because I love their scents. Any infor would be great. ;) Thanks!

  2. I have had issues with my large jars before. I know that reading their Facebook page people have complained to the company several times about jars not having a throw. I recommend the tumblers. They don't last as long but they throw much stronger than the jars. I rarely see posts about people having issues with them. I hope that YC is working on this issue. It is a shame since they are so expensive and they are a well liked company. Good luck!! Keep me posted if you like the tumblers better. I use tarts a lot as well. They are cheap and you are more than likely going to get a strong throw although they don't last as long as a candle does but sometime I don't have time to wait for a wax pool.
